On 02/15/2007 a German budgie owner from Frankfurt entered some names into my stats. One of the birds Jule owns is called Impi, and this budgie became an anniversary bird. Because Jule was very happy to hear about this, she immediately sent me a photo of her feathered friend and also likes to introduce her beloved bird to you:

"My little anniversary bird is called Impi. He's seven years old now and his colour variety is normal in Cobalt. Impi was named after a dj who is very famous in my area. This dj is called "IMP" and I thought the name would fit to my bugdie.

Impi is a very friendly bird and he lives together with his three friends Krümel, Timmy und Rudi. He's deeply in love with Timmy and flirts with him as often as he can. Sometimes Timmy seems to be at the end of his rope due to Impi's expressive affection. In fact Timmy is mated with Rudi. But Impi won't give up!!!

Impi puts up with everything the three youngsters do (they're all about one year old), he never becomes aggressive, lets them chase him away from his favourite perches and even allows them to push him from his perch. And he lets them eat his portion of millet sprays and so on. I have never seen him getting angy. He is a phantastic and loveable bird!"
