In Europe and North America native meadows are home of the
rabbit-foot clover (Trifolium arvense)
with its white flowers that turn to pink after a few days.
From July to September, the flowers of this clover species can be found
outside in the wild. Ripe seeds are available from August to October.
Besides the ripe seeds, budgies also love to eat the flowers
that are filled with sweet nectar.
