If one of your birds gets ill, there are a couple of care measures you can take to help him or her. However, some of these care measures should be discussed with the attending avian vet. This will help to ensure that your bird can benefit from these measures. Others are not critical and can be applied in general if a sick bird needs appropriate care. Your feathered patient mustn’t be additionally stressed in any case. A supportive health measure that is a burden for the bird is never a good option. Nursing care for birds should in each and every case be reasonable and remedial.

In the following list, you can find some links to other articles that describe different measures.
